Mat Pilates: Monday nights 6:30 – 7:30pm
Looking for a way to strengthen your core (abdomen, back and pelvic girdle) and legs? Then try a Pilates class! You will increase your flexibility, reduce your stress and tighten your core while having a good time. Exercises are performed on the floor, from a standing position or on a stability ball. The one-hour class starts with a warm-up, followed by strengthening exercises for your abdomen, back and legs, finishing up with a cool-down. The proper attire to wear when participating in a Pilates class is loose clothing (t-shirt, shorts, sweats) and no shoes. This class is appropriate for all populations
Yoga: Wednesday nights 6:00 – 7:00pm Yoga Video With Debbie
Wishing you could to learn how to stretch as you quiet down your mind and relax your body? Then Yoga is the class for you! After warming up your body, you will move through a series of seated, lying and standing postures that help strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility, improve your concentration and decrease any balance issues. The class finishes with five minutes of relaxation, reducing your stress as you relax your body and mind. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. This class is appropriate for beginners through advanced.
Bodyworks: Thursday nights 7:00 – 8:00pm
Want to tone up your body, stretch out your muscles and burn some calories?? Bodyworks is just what you need! Weight training is vital to keeping your muscles toned and your bones strong (weight bearing exercises has proven to ward off osteoporosis). Bodyworks is a strength training class consisting of warm-up exercises to loosen up your muscles, cardiovascular exercises to get your heart pumping, a full body workout using free weights then cool-down exercises to stretch out your muscles. This class is perfect for all fitness levels.
